Welcome to StereoViewer ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website stereoviewer.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Account Registration
To upload images and access certain features, you must sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
3. User Content
3.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any images, text, and other content ("User Content") you upload to the Service. By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
3.2 Content Guidelines
You agree not to upload or share content that:
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.
- Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
- Is spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotional content.
- Impersonates another person or entity.
3.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any User Content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including content that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or its users.

5. Upload Limits
Each user account is subject to image upload limits as displayed in the Service. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time. Exceeding your upload limit may result in the inability to upload new images until you remove existing ones.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality, is owned by StereoViewer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party services, including Google (for authentication) and Cloudflare (for hosting and storage). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StereoViewer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StereoViewer and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. User Content may be deleted upon account termination.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
13. Governing Law
